IAB Products
- Platinum Plus members receive contracted discounts on healthcare services when using medical providers from within the network. Members also receive chiropractic care, vision care, prescription drug discounts, and hearing aids discounts. There is a maximum combined family coverage of ten visits per year. Members receive the following reimbursements and discounts:
- $50 for covered services when visitng physicians' offices
- Up to $1000 per day for up to 30 days a year for hospitalization
- Up to $1000 per day for intensive care patients for 20 days a year
- Up to 50% discounts on dental procedures
- Platinum members receive $50 reimbursements for covered services from physician office visits. They receive $500 per day reimbursements for up to thirty days per year for hospitalization. Intensive care benefits are $1,000 per day for twenty days per year. Members receive discounts on dental care, chiropractic care, vision care, and hearing aid discounts.
- Elite members receive the same reimbursements on physician office visits and intensive care as do members of Platinum and Platinum Plus. Members can receive $200 per day towards hospitalization costs for up to sixty days per year. Elite members receive chiropractic care, vision care, prescription drug discounts, and hearing aid discounts.
- Premier members receive the same reimbursements on physician office visits and intensive care costs as other member plans. Members can receive $60 per day for up to 180 days for hospitalization. Members receive discounts on chiropractic care, vision care, prescription drug discounts, and hearing aid discounts.
- Classical members receive discounts on physician office visits, hospitalization, dental care, vision care, prescription drugs, and hearing aids.
- Signature members receive dental, prescription, chiropractic, vision, and diabetic supply discounts and benefits.
